Missing values and microarrays

ATRAGENE Research Informatics presents results of a "Comparative analysis of missing value imputation methods to improve clustering and interpretation of microarray experiments".

This study was conducted in collaboration with Dr A. de Brevern team of the INSERM UMR-S 665 laboratory. The resulting article was published in BMC Genomics.
